Veggies + Non Skinless Chicken Breast

    Hey guys

So I just bought some non skinless chicken breast bcos it was on sale,
Is it ok if I eat some veggies and then 15 minutes later the breast and then some grapes
I know you're not supposed to mix carb and fat but is waiting 15 minutes enough or I'm going to be a lard ass? I haven't even got to 50% of my fat macro for the day and my cals are 40% below rdi. I'm currently 6'1 151lbs 10.6% bf.

I used to always buy chicken with the skin and bone to save money. Just take the skin off and it's exactly the same as a skinless without having to pay extra for someone else to do it for you. It's not at all difficult. Just pull the skin off, you don't even need to cut anything.

im pretty sure any of teh vets here will agree none of them are ever behind on their fat macros, and if they are or missed a meal they are sitting in front of their computer right now reading DSM threads with a big spoon in a small natty PB jar.
