    Whats this like for a diet ?

    From what I can remember this is what I ate yesterday,I uselly eat oats with milk in the morning but I ran out' so I had cocopops.

    Coco pops
    Jack3d
    (GYM)
    1 protein shake
    Banana
    Omelette (2 egg whites & 1 yoke)
    1 tin of tuna (straight out of the tin)
    Rice and chicken
    1/2 gallon of whole milk
    Friji vanilla milkshake

    That can't be too bad,Im trying to gain.

    What's that like ?

    This is not good. What are your macros (cals/pro/fat/carbs)?
    What are your stats?
    What are your goals? Trying to gain what?
    What is your TDEE?

    You need a lot of work. No Coco Pops, no milkshake for starters. Why half a gallon of whole milk? There are plenty of more quality protein sources. Do you have any idea how much sugar you are taking in per day?

    You need to spend some time in the diet section and get a better idea of what a quality diet is going to look like.

    So should I just be taking as much protein as possible and a lot of carbs with little sugar ?!?!?

    cant say because as stated above we have no stats and no cals or macros. food choice wise some looks ok and others look bad. looks like u have no idea what ur doing as well.
