if the macros are true then it not bad although a shake and oats would be about the same and alot cheaper

and alot of supp companys have been found to have a fraction of the quoted macros they claim, i posted a article a few weeks ago showing this, pretty much all them except synth6 were down on what they claim, some actually contained barely any actual protein at all

i just got 50g protein and 75g carbs for my PWO meal and instead of drinking a powdered shake i got to eat a huge portion of beef and angel hair pasta with red sauce!

    thats my opinion!

    Look and listen!

take your free supplements sell them on ebay, profit and eat whole foods. Use the money from ebay sales to buy a whole side of beef from the butcher, a pallet of frozen chicken breasts so maybe 100 4kgs box's , a large deep freeze to hold all of this. Then use reaming money to buy AAS

You need to stop eating Coco Puffs for breakfast and having milkshakes. No need to have these sups when you can eat a cup of oats and 2 whole eggs + 6 egg whites first thing in the morning.

Besides, 3 weeks ago you were on here looking for advice on an oral only cycle and I'm figuring you had no idea what a "proper age" would be to take any AAS. Please stop trying to sound intelligent with your newfound knowledge.

    what is a beaut ?

have you ever wonder why there is no pharma grade whey? cause its all a marketing myth. it doesn't help u, raw eggs and oats help you. Drinking a milkshake with protein in it doesnt make it better... its like saying ****ing a hot girl with HIV is ok cause shes hot

so revaluation of this has lead me to the conclusion that your sups are not "free" your mum buys them for you. Thats cool, my girlfriend pays for my blueberries.

yeah but they dont analyse to check actual protein content which is where the problem lies

I used to use myofusion but it only actually had slightly more then half the protein content per serving that they claimed so now Gaspari will never get another penny from me

For what its worth Synth6 had the highest percentage of claimed protein out of all the brands tested but it still wasnt 100% of what they claimed
