Some "Not so bad" fast food choices
I know there are times when we cannot get near a microwave or bring all of our food with us. In times like these we have to rely on what we can buy that is already prepared. If you HAVE to visit your local fast food restaurant here are a few tips to help you keep fueling the body with good food.
Any place that sells a GRILLED chicken sandwich will do fine (even Subway). I usually order 2 sandwiches (or a subway footlong), hold the mayo (or sauce) and replace it with mustard. I also order a side garden salad with light dressing on the side (discard half of the dressing and mix in an equal amount of water....this cuts the fat in half), and wash it all down with an extra large water.
In a restaurant it's even easier. Order anything that is grilled, poached broiled or boiled. Avoid ANY and ALL creamy sauces and go easy on the red sauces (high in sugar and sodium). Order a baked potato (light sour cream) and a side salad with light dressing (if you're dieting, order a balsamic vinegrette)

GPL....the tuna sandwich is actually one of the highest fat % choices they serve. It is saturated with mayonaise. Stick to the grilled chicken with NO cheese, NO oil, NO mayo and you should be ok.

Good Post Pete
Good Post Pete,
I would also add to never go where there is a all you can eat buffet bar. That is unless you can really hold your self to only one helping, and for God sakes man Stay away from the dessert bar! Just because it is there dose not mean that You have to partake. Better yet, just avoid all you can eat buffet bars all together. Instead, come on down to IC's house. There's bound to be somthing in the fridge.

Also, I love Fazoli's - Italian fast food. I always get the Lasagna. Yummy. Gotta be good, right? Ha.

Just throwing something in here. If you look on our homepage, we have the nutritional value breakdown of several fast food joints. It may help you figure out exactly how many calories you really have been taking.
On the chick-fit-et, I will back that up. It's so good, you almost feel guilty.

I hate trying to get a tuna sandwich from a fastfood joint. They always pre-drench it in mayo - why??? I wanna walk into subway and say "isn't this the place where it's MADE FRESH? Get me a tuna sandwich, no mayo please!"

Bro i use to work there back in the day....well 5 or so years ago...
I refused to eat the tuna sandwich...i had to make the shit...., dude we take two bags...not one.....TWO! the size of the big freezer bag ziploc full of mayo, dump one in, and mix it up, then mix the 2nd one in it!! I asked my manager why so much mayo...she said because it would get dry otherwise...screw that, give me the roasted chicken breast anyday...but back then, i wasn't about really eating healthy, ...i just ate a lot, of anything..kinda hefty if you ask me. My fave was their italian...until i had to make them, that shit is soo drenched in grease that's it's not even funny...anybody up for a swim???
At subway, stick with the club...chicken, or when i worked there, if you're a chick, you could come in the back for the special of the day.

If I can do subway, Taco bell has some really not so bad food, (low in fat and high in protein) I mean. chicken Quesadillas are my fav, alittle high in fat, but has 28 grams of protein.

Taco Bell
I don't know man. It has been my experience that ANYTHING from Taco Bell is loaded with carbs as well as fat. I do LOVE Taco Bell but I have to stay away from them as they are a major NO,. NO on my diet.
