    Beginning Diet

I am new to the sport and have always trained and eat like a normal high school athlete.

I am almost 21 now and want to get into bodybuilding so I was wondering if a few members on here could lay out some basic ground rules for me a healthy diet to do some bulking the right way as I train.

    Thanks

at 15-17%bf IMO u should cut down to 10-12% then bulk.. of course this depends on how much fat u mind carrying around. personally i wouldnt bulk past 12%. cutting down will give u good base knowledge of how foods affect u and u will learn a lot about dieting IMO. it shouldnt take u too long to get there. maybe 3months.. (give or take).. what id do..
