Generally i find it hard to get all my calories from my meals whilst bulking, so i was wondering what are some high calorie meals? i know its a pretty broad question but just looking if any of the other members here got any tips etc.

do dextrose+whey first thing in the morning about 30min after you are good to go with your first meal...
same with after-workout... dextrose+whey and 30min later - have a meal.
these 2 shakes should help... or you can try to snack on some peanuts after your meals if your body can digest nuts(mine cant, they just come out the way they are swallowed lol).
fair call, its just hard to get all those calories in haha

yeah Tiger, and im not too fond of taking all these mass gainer shakes ether, its like hard to eat all these macros clean sometimes i think you may need that large big mac meal from mcdonalds just to get in the calories :s
