Convenient ways to get more protein

I’ve been trying to come up with some easy ways of getting more protein in my diet. I have a desk job and a 12+ hour work day, so eating right can be tough.

Every week, I stock my desk up with those tuna fish pouches and some canned chicken breast. This works pretty well for shoving in some quick easy protein. Also, not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I’ll sometimes grab some beef jerkey when I’m feeling weak and desperate.

I find protein shakes to be a pain. I also get sick of them pretty quickly as I’m not really into sweet tasting things.

Does anyone else have some simple and easy ideas/tricks for getting more protein in their diet?

there is nothing pleasant about bodybuilding food imo... just swallow your foods and your shakes...

i know guys who grind/blend bananas with chickenbreast...
i have grinded/blended tuna with rice and made an awful tasting shake.
i also know guys who buy egg white powder from some chicken/egg factory - it smells like carton but tastes like old ass, and they grind/blend it with water and oatmeal, so i tastes like an old ass with sprinkles in it.

you can try one of these... but i think that you will find your shakes a lil bit more better tasting, lol

Spend a couple hours one day a week cooking all your meat for the week, like the guys above said grab some tupperware and a large lunch bag/cooler and bring everything you need with you. In my lunch bag at work I've got tuns, egg whites, extra lean ground beef. Oats and a protein shake.
