hahaha actually cuban all the way!!! The spices i use are american though, just crap ive bought in the supermarket and tried out because if i give you cuban shyt you'll become as fat as i used to be LOL. I got some recipes yesterday for brining with just spices as well as beer. I'll post them now!! Later i'll post a few photos of the spices.

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. whole black peppercorns
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 to 3 bay leaves
6 cloves garlic, peeeled and sliced
3 cups water
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup brown sugar twin
1 lime quartered
1 bottle (12 oz.) low carb beer
INSTRUCTIONS
Place peppercorns, thyme, bay, garlic, water, juice from lime quartered as well as the limes and salt in a saucepan, and heat to a boil, stirring until salt dissolves and mixture becomes mostly clear. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar twin and low carb beer and allow to cool. Pour mixture over selected meat (chicken, pork, turkey, etc) in a food safe container or plastic bag, ensuring that meat is covered (make more brine if needed). Refrigerate meat and allow to brine for about 12 hours. Remove meat from brine and pat dry, then cooking as desired.
This is a new one i just got online, will be trying it this weekend, you can wait until i try it and post back results or take a shot. Looks good, otherwise i wouldn't even bother saving it LOL. Been to my house twice already and forgotten to take the photos of the spices, if i remember i will post later.

I know it shows a lot of salt and sugar but i am not sure whether that will affect the macros or not. The salty water helps hydrate the cells in muscle tissue by a process called osmosis and allowing the cells to retain water as its being cooked. So this way you add spices and liquids such as beer, wine, ciders, etc to give flavor, makes meat also more tender, not really sure about the macros though. Anyone has any input in that matter i'd be glad to read about it.

Try this one out Razor, one of my favorites:
1-2 scoops casein protein (vanilla)
1/4 cup egg whites
1tps ground cinnamon
1tbsp crunchy natty PB or creamy (your choice)
add enough water for pudding texture, cover and slam it in the freezer for 30-40. Its legit ice cream. I do it every night but with 2tbsp PB.
ENJOY

I just add it all in by hand and mix with a spoon and then keep the spoon it in while in the freezer! Screw blending it, I find it much better hand mixed with clumps of PB and everything! I always top it off with chocolate and caramel walden farms sauce
-
yeah blenders are kinda old news , hand mix is the best way to go!! hope your fancy blender has a trial period.

I know this doesnt have anything to do with a recipe but for those who separate the yolk from the egg white instead of buying it bulk like my man 405, here is a faster and easier way then doing it by hand. 405 im sure your wife will thank me LOL.
