    ** FML, Ive lost my appetite **

    all this clean eating has made me hit a wall, not craving junk food at all but man i dunno i cant eat chicken any more haha and have zero desire to eat at all.

    b-12 shots dont really make me hungry so not an option! dunno what to do. bleh!

    Somtimes finding new recipies will get you out of your funk.

    Then don't eat chicken. There are plenty high quality protein sources out there other than chicken. Turkey, lean beef, fish, and of course, eggs are all good choices.

    As far as your actual appetite, I don't know how many meals you're eating but you might consider adding more meals...smaller meals but more of them...you'll be hungry again.

    Excellent advice. I'm at 3700 cals today. My largest meal was 840 cals, my smallest 210.

    Blueberry OAt Pancakes:
    681cals, 57g pro, 88g carbs, 12g fat

    140g frozen blueberries (i think the frozen work better and taste better, my opinion only )
    1Cup liquid egg whites ( real egg whites from 7 large eggs is also acceptable)
    1Cup oats
    1Cup cottage cheese(2% 234g)

    maybe try some GHRP-6 or which ever one makes ya hungry. maybe you are not working out hard enough? haha

    maybe i dont push myself enough. but i do train with time under tension and usually the last half of my work out is each set including me doing the death shakes through the set ...

    Try GHRP-2 or 6, they both make me really hungry

    i travel alot and just got back and broke. so i cant afford peptides or ill be all over that

    eating sux bro.. I look at it more like a means to an end.. I don't enjoy most of what I eat and eat even when I'm not hungry. In the end, if you wanna be big you gotta eat big and if you eat what you like rather than what you need you'll never reach your goals.

    time under tension is what i do for depletion workouts during carb cycle. 45-60secs under tension total body 5 sets per body part on no carbs... BRUTAL

    so im looking at 670 calories plus teh addition of

    flax seed 1 tabspoon
    protein powder 35p 2 carb
    so over 800 calories for this bad boy but i dont have any fake syrup cause the old lady ttook it to work

    yeah i pull up the bench beside some guy pressing 315, i lay back and rock out my 5 sets of 10lb dumbells haha. they laugh i cry, i have sucha large errect chest from the pump still. and its shredded doms 2 hours after the work out yeah boy! girl weights

    Perhaps eating a little bit of junk food, so long as you factor in the calories.

    If say you got enough protein in, enough micro nutrients, and fiber, but you still need 800 calories, then do the math to figure out those 800 from a "non clean" source like pizza or ice cream.

    Dieting can make us all think that these foods are evil. I see them as high calorie, low micro nutrient foods. Like anything they have their uses, your loss of appetite might be fixable with some controlled amount of junk food.

    dude i could eat 3 full recipes! LOL..

    while bulking at 1330 i have 4oz pasta 8oz ground beef + sauce and then at 1530 have full recipe of pancakes.. try that out one day!

    i dunno the extra lean beef here still shows a high content of fat.

    im gonna start adding it thoum along woh cottage cheee and greek yogurt.

    well 96/4 here says 18g per lb

    4.5g per serving/ 1serving = 4oz/ 1lb = 16oz

    i guess if i fry and wash the fat off and fry again or just bbq ill be ok.just watching cholestrol while im "on"

    Good point. Im in the same boat. So sick of chicken. I try to mask it in other things now like a salad and even mixed in with eggs. I dont know why I have left out turkey for so long.
