Then don't eat chicken. There are plenty high quality protein sources out there other than chicken. Turkey, lean beef, fish, and of course, eggs are all good choices.
As far as your actual appetite, I don't know how many meals you're eating but you might consider adding more meals...smaller meals but more of them...you'll be hungry again.

maybe try some GHRP-6 or which ever one makes ya hungry. maybe you are not working out hard enough? haha
maybe i dont push myself enough. but i do train with time under tension and usually the last half of my work out is each set including me doing the death shakes through the set ...
i travel alot and just got back and broke. so i cant afford peptides or ill be all over that

flax seed 1 tabspoon
protein powder 35p 2 carb
so over 800 calories for this bad boy but i dont have any fake syrup cause the old lady ttook it to work

Perhaps eating a little bit of junk food, so long as you factor in the calories.
If say you got enough protein in, enough micro nutrients, and fiber, but you still need 800 calories, then do the math to figure out those 800 from a "non clean" source like pizza or ice cream.
Dieting can make us all think that these foods are evil. I see them as high calorie, low micro nutrient foods. Like anything they have their uses, your loss of appetite might be fixable with some controlled amount of junk food.
its not even a desire to want to eat junk. ive tried. its nooooooo hunger at all since i came of IF protocol.

well 96/4 here says 18g per lb

Good point. Im in the same boat. So sick of chicken. I try to mask it in other things now like a salad and even mixed in with eggs. I dont know why I have left out turkey for so long.
