well every day i take 500g of bonless chicken breasts at lunsh how mush protein to u think 500g contain??

1kg = 2.2lbs
500g = .5kg or 1.1lbs or 18oz
6oz boneless skinless chicken breast (raw) = 37g protein
Therfore 500g = 111g protein...too much for one sitting IMO.

dude u are killing yourself. u know that meat has no enzymes for digestions and all enyzmes that your liver is producing are killed by 7up!
