extra cardio once a week, should more carbs be added to the days macros??

during my cutting diet ive been having 105g of carbs a day, split into meal 1, preWO and PWO. i tend to work out in the morning or early afternoon so my last carb meal is about 3/4 p.m. once a week tho i play 5 A-SIDE football ("soccer" - its a fast paced stop, sprint constant moving type of sport, probably similar movement to squash on a bigger area).
after last nights session i was wondering if i should have some carbs to replenish my glycogen levels, but it was about an hour before i was going to bed so i was unsure of what was best really. i'm wanting to trim down as much BF as i can, but also build/keep as much LBM as possible. have you guys any input on this? i had 10mg of BCAA before and after aswel.

As base said just keep your macros in check..It does not matter what time you eat your food if your body needs it..The reason why most people limit their carbs at night is because they aren't doing sh*t except sitting on their duff..But if you are training hard then by all means have those carbs...
