hey everyone,
this site is awesome and i must say im addicted to reading ppls threads and replies, thanks heaps for all the information u's provide from ur personal expriences,, anyway i was gona try my first cycle but after reading this site im not even ready for it.. i wana get my diet down pat first n see results from that as im only 26 i still got natural gains in me judging from all ur threads, the problem is i work 12 hours days and cant possibly eat every 3 hours, i start at 6am n have my first break at 10 then lunch at 2pm n finish at 6pm, even then cause im in the concrete game sometimes i dnt get a break for 6 to 7hours, how can i maximise my food intake for best results,, sats 26, 83kg, 173cm
