    maximum gains from diet

    hey everyone,

    this site is awesome and i must say im addicted to reading ppls threads and replies, thanks heaps for all the information u's provide from ur personal expriences,, anyway i was gona try my first cycle but after reading this site im not even ready for it.. i wana get my diet down pat first n see results from that as im only 26 i still got natural gains in me judging from all ur threads, the problem is i work 12 hours days and cant possibly eat every 3 hours, i start at 6am n have my first break at 10 then lunch at 2pm n finish at 6pm, even then cause im in the concrete game sometimes i dnt get a break for 6 to 7hours, how can i maximise my food intake for best results,, sats 26, 83kg, 173cm

    While nutrient timing can be helpful its not essential. As long as you get your calories in for the day you'll be good but try to get in as many meals as you possibly can. I work 6-7 hours w/o break but i eat directly before and after.
