    Water retention amd food?

    What are some ways to get rid of water weight I know sweating it out , or anything else,what about water pills?

    And what foods can I stay away to make me not bloated I wanna look dry and stuff!
    Like stay away from salt and total carbohydrates what else or am I wrong any help would be appreciated!

    Carbs in general are going to add to water retention. Drinking a lot of water will help. Stay away from high sodium foods, and as mentioned, dairy in most cases.

    However, unless you're bodyfat is relatively low (10% ish), water retention really isn't going to make a major difference to your physique.

    Oh on thanks bro ya I'm over 10% haha but so like using as for a can of food for instance on the sodium part on the back what would be a % to high say 6% is that to high?
