    Dumb question but someone get in here!! haha

    Well usually I end my day with meal 7 around 10-1030pm and It's usually 1scoop casein (trutein protein), and 1-2Tbsp Nuts N More Natty PB. Anyways tonight I had ended up making an extra Eye of round steak and I was wondering if eating that with some spinach and 1 Tbsp PB would be better?

    First off, there is no such thing as a dumb question brotha. Hellz ya eat some steak in place of casein shake. Always better to eat your fats later in the day. Also you wont have to get up and pee as much.

    Steak would be my first choice. To keep things fresh, i'd mix it up. Steak one night, cottage cheese the next, casein shake the next, etc.
