    Quark Help

    K w a r k ( Q u a r k ) – Closely related to cottage cheese but with a smoother rather than curdled texture. Excellent for cooking and with less that 1% fat. Very suitable as a spread on bread instead of butter.

    Where can I buy some , can you eat it like yogurt and does it taste good ????

    Really need to know this. Help me out

    Well okay then. http://www.igourmet.com sells it. $3.95 for 8 oz. I wonder if it is low carb. I'll bet it is.
