How often do you eat lean ground beef? I typically eat a pound a day of 93/7 during the afternoon alongside 1 cup of black beans and 2 cups of wholewheat rotini pasta. I split this into two meals and pour Cholula hot sauce all over it.

Black beans (1 cup)

Cals: 1,500, Protein: 134g, Carbs: 170g, Fat: 37g
I'm currently bulking and this is usually my 2nd and 3rd meals of the day. TDEE is ~2800, I'm eating at a 500 calorie surplus (3300 total calories).
