So that being said.. Today's my official return to day one.

I will NOT fail this time. Last time I was weighing and eating inappropriately.. Was throwing off all my specs and I wasn't losing anything.

I spoke to a guy at the gym last week, he won provincials back in Te day, said he would give me a hand.

And my WBFF Pro friend is going to come down to the hometown shortly. He'll be sure to give me a hand!

    Knowledge gaining here I come!

    3. Keep cheats to a minimum (A couple of cheats can burn a weeks hard work, just not worth it)
    4. Take one day at a time-- Plan your meals and training and stick to it, the days become weeks, weeks months, well you get it.

I started at 282lbs and am down to 204lbs. You can do it man.

    Exactly, x2

    Consistency is key.

You are looking at some work here bro.

Shave, you will lose an instant 5 pounds. . . lol jk

You are looking of stripping down about 55-60 pounds of fat and 20 pounds of water weight.

IF all the ailments are dead nuts this could be done approximately 6 months to a year. This is at 99%+ of commitment.

I dropped from 244.5 to right under 210 in 2 months. If I did it, it could be done by anyone in good health.

    All on you brotha. . . . .

After that huge fat loss you should have a damn good base to work from.

Consistency is key.. Sounds like my boss haha!

Nothing In my life has ever come easy. So, this is going to be as expected.

LOL.. I will never live the hair thing down. From now on, call me

    CHEWBACCA, the picture man.

And I'm not worried about the numbers. When I get too mixed up in numbers I set myself up for failure. It's a sin, really.

That's some wild drops.. Mind sharing how? Briefly, or elaborately. I'm looking more for personal experience on how people diet rather than a "how-to"

    Thanks for motivation!

    Chewbacca over and out

I feel dat, mine just cooks Mexican garbage food all day. Trying losing weight while you have a few dozen enchiladas sitting in front of you.

Look at my post in here(nutrition forum).

It ain't no biggie, but the lower the fat the harder it is to lose. My last 15 pounds now are a whole new game.
