My fave bulking meal is spicy meatballs with brown wholemeal pasta

    Recipe-

To ground mince beef add a teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, a tablespoon of chilli flakes, salt and pepper, teaspoon of tomato puree, mix all the ingredients together well. Next roll your beef into balls, then I grill them on my George Forman grill until every drip of fat has been drained (you could just use a grill or fry them)
To make the sauce add one tin of tinned tomatoes to a sauce pan, cook for ten mins until reduced, then add half a. Teaspoon of garlic powder and a pitch of oregano, a teaspoon of tomato puree, and 500 ml of beef stock, salt and pepper. Add to this your cooked meatballs then let it simmer for 15 mins.

Serve on top of some brown wholemeal spaghetti pasta :-)
