Ok, thanks alot man, i will drop the milk from my pre workout shake. But can you tell me whats wrong with the monster milk protein drink? If you can explain why its bad for cut, i will drop it and replace with a whey powder and water, and save it for my bulk..

ok, thanks for all your help, here is my revised and finalized diet, i have been on it 3 dayas now... the cravings for bad food are getting really bad... and i hope i can get past them.
2000 cal cutting diet- 60/20/20
Meal#1- 6 egg whites, 1 scoop protein with water

Ya its really unbelievable the cravings im having, o well ill stick with this and hope it gets easier. Hey i want to start a progress thread for my cut, then my cycle whenever that starts. Can i just use this? Or should i start a new one.

i remember those cravings. after awhile u just learn to deal with them.
try eating no carbs for 4days + eating at 50% below maintenance on top of it!

Start a new one and title it appropriately. Makes all the difference in progress following. Why? No reason. I said so. And I'm Canadian. So I have to know what i'm talking about.
