    Gaining wieght and BF??

    So after wiegh in this am (after using bathroom etc) I have gained 6 (211) pounds and 2% BF... (15%) WTF? My diet is clean @ 3000 cal a day and my 1 day a week is weak at best, meaning i eat minamal crap food.I train 5x a week and 2-3 of the days I run for a few miles after (4-5 miles) I in week 5 of a test c only cycle.. Could it be the test? Not enough cardio? Fat intake is very small each day. Zero sugar or achole while on cycle. Thanks in advance.

    I just read a sticky on creatine and it said there is a good amount of bloat that comes along with its use.. I take 5mg each day... could that be the issue with gain of wieght and BF? Just a thought...

    I dont know man, for me depends on the creatine a take. I only take kre alkalyn and its good quality and does not make me bloated at all.. Well are you bulking?? if so then that is why you are gaining that weight... good and bad weight comes from bulking...

    1. what r u trying to do? cut?

    2. at 211lbs and 15%bf ur maintenance cals is 2700 which would easily explain why ur gaining weight/fat..

    3. post ur complete diet including total cals and macros. time of meal and time u lift..

    Thanks 405.. I am trying to cut. I have worked out for years and have a good size to me but, now that i am on a cycle I am really trying to max out my muscles and show the defanition in them,

    Yesturdays meals:
    6am protien shake:
    1 scoop whey protien
    1/2 cup raw oats
    1 scoop creatine
    2 cups low fat milk
    7am
    work out
    9am
    6 eggs (2 whole 4 whites)
    half a avocado
    11am
    1 6oz chicken brst w/ 2 cups brn rice 3 oz broc or asparagus
    2pm
    6oz chicken brst w 2 cups WW pasta squeezed lemon for flavor
    4pm
    Protien bar or shake (same as above)
    8pm
    8-10 lean steak and a 8oz-1# sweet pot
    > some times I sub the steak for a half of a rotesery chicken skinless of course.

    Agian.. I am already a big guy so I am really looking for lean mass I guess.

    So which one is it? Lean mass or cut? They require 2 difft methods.

    Not trying to hack the thread but I'm 212 and 14% and have been eating at 3500 cals for lean gains. Do I need to cut down to 500 above Mantenance. Sorry psalleta, I don't catch 405 on here much.

    Depends on wat ur trying to do. I suggest u start ur own thread and we will fig it out there

    No worries greenwell.
    Lean mass is what im after. I dont want to gain any more bf.. I will be adding a few days of fasted cardio the next couple of weeks to get me back down to a respectable %.
