So after wiegh in this am (after using bathroom etc) I have gained 6 (211) pounds and 2% BF... (15%) WTF? My diet is clean @ 3000 cal a day and my 1 day a week is weak at best, meaning i eat minamal crap food.I train 5x a week and 2-3 of the days I run for a few miles after (4-5 miles) I in week 5 of a test c only cycle.. Could it be the test? Not enough cardio? Fat intake is very small each day. Zero sugar or achole while on cycle. Thanks in advance.
