if its chicken breast it will dry out fast if you do that. you could baked it, pan fry it, try different rubs, brine it. there are alot of different options but in the end it still taste like chicken

I bake ten pounds every week. I don't even season it. I am beyond being tired of it...I just eat it because it is time to eat.

Blech. I'm sick of chicken too. 9 times out of 10, I grill it outside. I try to keep it fresh with different rubs, marinades, etc. Currently, i'm working with a sweet and spicy cilantro lime marinade which is pretty good, although I expect i'll be sick of that pretty soon too.
Chicken I won't get sick of - fried, KFC style. Unfortunately, my body doesn't appreciate it.

I BBQ mine but no matter what u do u will end u fed up with it...
In fact I just bbq'd 10kg of chicken breasts today and bagge them up, 6 breasts per bag.... I'm going to freeze them and pull them out to thaw in the fridge when I need them....
Never done it this way (freezing them when cooked) so will be interesting to see how it works out...
The best think I ever did was used cornflakes and a cajun spice mix to create a breaded chicken breast that I roasted in the oven....
Flour and egg the breasts, then dip in a mix of crushed cornflakes mixed with a rub of your choice.... This does keep them more moist and comes out pretty well

George foreman is how all my meat is cooked. Absolute god send! But end of day chicken is still chicken. I use turkey for a couple of days to give me a break from chicken.

Try getting one of those flavor injectors and experiment with some flavors. Then bake it wrapped in foil. To keep it from drying out don't open the foil till you can hold it in your hand without burning yourself. Added bonus, you can pretend your juicin your chicken. Lol.

Recently if I've when been tight on time I've been putting chicken breasts in a plastic bag (with some spices) then sticking it in the microwave for five minutes, it surprisingly cooks it very well. Makes it very tender and moste.

i have never been a big crock pot person except for chilli i don't have crook pot recipes but many of my gf use crock pots so dinner is ready when they come home from work. seems most crock pot recipes require water or broth or soup...something to prevent chic from drying out. i am not a great cook....enuff to get by : )

Yep. And you can add potatoes, carrots, celery. you can also do pot roast w/the same. As mentioned, chili. And i use it a lot to make sauce for spaghetti and then throw in the cooked pasta. And it's easy to re use it cause you just throw it in the fridge then heat it back up whenever.

I'll boil or bake chicken. I then store it and flavor differently throughout the week. BBQ one day, mustard, honey-mustard on other days. Point being, I don't cook with any flavor. That makes it possible for me to have a different type of chicken every day.

i cook my chicken in the oven wrapped in al-foil with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, cayenne pepper, other herbs and spices.. apart from a shitty oven at the moment and setting off the smoke alarm at ridiculous hours of the night- it taste great and doesnt dry out...
Only thing that i wonder myself, is how long cooked chicken stays ok for in the fridge. reheating chicken scares me. afraid of food poisioning. (although im sure its great for weight loss- getting food poisioning lol)

Don't be scared about re-heating anything.....
The problem only occurs if you leave food out for a long time at room temperature.... This is when the nastys grow on the food which make you sick.....
If u keep ur food cold u will be fine...
I, like most people cook there food, fridge it and then eat it cold..... Just easier... If u want to re-heat food tho that is fine.... Just make sure u didn't give it chance to sit around and grow bacteria

And how long u can keep chicken in the fridge depends on a few factors....
How cold your fridge is, and the way you pack it....
I have left it for a week And it's fine if it's in a good air tight tub at the bottom of the fridge (coldest part for me)
Put ur fridge on the coldest setting....
