    3week left

    Ok so my diet from a not so healthy 16 n half stone to this .iv got a long way to go but got this far by my self i want to thank my critics .u r right and i hope u stay with me threw my adventure especily razor stem n roman im a stuborn guy but i do listen and hope u help me get to wer i want to b

    yes i know but have you started your cycle yet? the reason im asking is because you look very solid and if these are before pics youre doing very well. if they are after pics you have had a good cycle.

    3week into cycle pal feel to strong tho and i need to wise up quick and go for more reps alltho i drop set at the end of each exorsise to fail.im not going in no comp but surounded by people that r so i get a bit of good info ther and on here also

    I hav posted my diet but they all work in maccros iv never used them but purchased some scales today i hav had some posative feedbak tho so im lookin forward to results im in it for long run but i go away in 3 week so my eye will b off the ball for a week so im trying to lose as much now so its not as hard wen i get bak

    what's your cycle?

    use fitday.com to help you figure out your macros. pretty easy once you get going on it. very important to know what youre feeding yourself in terms of macros.

    Ye so iv lernt iv got this far without so the future looks solid i hope. My cycle is lean gain 3ml a week turanastan every day x4 as u can see me n numbers dnt mix lol

    i see. what else are you taking bro? what is your full cycle (test, orals) including on cycle support (ai) and pct? (serm)

    I take a all in 1 pct it has nolva clomid and tamoxafin im on a 8 week course will start pct 10 days after last injection for 8 week then 12 week off

    i don't like any of it. ive taken some time to read your previous posts and it appears you're going to do things your way. no sweat. but you keep popping up these photos and asking for advice, if you want some ideas or help you have to help too.


    what are your stats? FULL STATS age height weight cycles bf% exp goals?

    how many time have you cycled? what did you use? (list them like you see other cycles listed on this forum. NOT in paragraph form ok bro?)

    what is this "all in one" pct? who is the manufacturer?


    if you want advice or help you have to be forthcoming and give as much detail as possible. no one is going to hold your hand. answer these questions as detailed as possible and lets go from there.

    If uv read my previouse statements ul see i was nieve at a young age.iv bin liftin for about 10 years with time of too due to life obsticles .i dnt need help from no 1 i ask opinians hence ( whey protine diet) ( leangain turanastan cycle) just cos its not prope sus eth and every other well known roid dnt mean its no good.i can tell u that several pro bbs are on this cycle as we speak .i find it amazing that u scruyanize me yet all the aparant bbs out ther get advice to ends of earth lol.u no wat i take u no my stats u my diet my bak ground my ideas my goals r to lose body fat look lean ripped and build on that properly with a proper diet.im sorry my numbers arnt to ur standard mayb i should should quit cos im in the wrong game cos i dnt use scales (which i av got today ) and all the other fancy things on here.im no differant to u always learnin and willing to learn i can take critasisam as long as its good critasisam .i post pics for first time to show u my results in a yesr n half likr i said i had 3 year off and waznt lookin to good eating crap every day .sorry.im not trying to offend no 1 if i come across that way just think (this guy is still learnin and has only just become a member of this site

    my best advice at this point is for you to stop feeling sorry for yourself. once you get that squared away we can move on.

    next advice would be for you to stop what youre doing and runa proper pct. when/while you've completed that, i highly recommend you read up on pct's, ai's, and steroids in general. learn about their esters, what they do, and the pros and cons. and then read up on diets, macros, and how important they both are.

    i think youre going to harm yourself if you continue at the rate youre going, if you haven't already done so. using aas at 18 years old is just plain irresponsible. you really need to educate yourself before venturing any further. i really mean that my friend..

    They're just saying you need to do the math on your macros for optimal results.. Not hard you can even google it if you don't know how. And if not, the guys here will do it for you as soon as you get an accurate BF%

    You say professional bodybuilders are all on this cycle and what not but professional bodybuilders know that food/supplementing is 100% of growth. The other 100% is training. Without knowing EXACTLY what your body needs means you can either be deficient in certain macros or just be blowing yourself up for nothing. The body only needs a certain amount of nutrition to stay in maintenance, to grow, or to lean. Eating whatever whenever and however is going about it the wrong way.

    Thank you very much ur right i should av juiced at 16 never done pct eat kebabs and evey other fast food i cud get my hands on. I never did that but hey ho.i wounder if u giv this advice to 18 year old gys preping for comps who will make it 1 day.sorry ther all natural along with wsm .thanks il leave it at that thanks for ur opinian i shall continue to read all the bull shit like 16 year old wants to juice the reaction is youre to young (but) if ur gunna do it .etc etc thats not aimed at u thats in posts iv read

    Gremos .completly agree my friend im not fresh of the shelf the bb basics i no r eat sleep train hard and right im doing all three i no all about esters i failed to mension i took dbol with my old courses.if they take a minit to look leangain200 up along with turanastan and all in 1 pct mayb theyl think other wise.like i say pal im not trying to b funny but againe the diet im not going in no show so i dnt care how long it takes for me to feel im at a point i want to b we bbs never do .im not stupid pal iv made mistakes i agree but nok a man for tryin i say ther all these guys on here that say they train but ther pics say a differant story but get all the advice n more .mayb its me lol

    Thanks samson apprishiated i will continue to eat sleep n train hard buddy thats wat i do is it me being funny uneducated or dam right stupid ? . I see people get great coments n tbh sum i wud say have piked a weight up once lol but juice.if we forget bout juice for a while ul see im a dedicated guy that spends many hours in the gym just like u for a guess .happy trainin bro
