No Health Knowledge
Hello! I'm really really wanting to lose like 20lbs *minimum* and I really don't know how or what I should eat or even when! I need help!!! I'm about 5'5 I weigh 150-155, and I'm looking for maximum weight loss (obviously) lol... My friend also told me I should try taking Liquid Clenbuterol .... any helpful info would be awesome! Thank You

You could start by posting your diet. Protein, carbs, fat...And your training.

Well honestly I'm starting from scratch, I have specific diets or work out programs yet, that's why I have no idea where to start

maybe post what you plan and think you'll eat on DAY 1 and what you can realistically commit to each week for exercise.
there are alot of helpful knowledgable people on this forum that will be able to tweak your diet and point you in the right direction.
