Hello! I'm really really wanting to lose like 20lbs *minimum* and I really don't know how or what I should eat or even when! I need help!!! I'm about 5'5 I weigh 150-155, and I'm looking for maximum weight loss (obviously) lol... My friend also told me I should try taking Liquid Clenbuterol .... any helpful info would be awesome!
