    Let me know what I should change around.
    Age: 26
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 220
    BD%: Unknown

    5:30 am
    6 Cooked Egg Whites
    2 Whole Wheat Bread
    1 Cup OJ

    7:30am
    3 cans tuna
    1 large banana

    10:00 am
    4tsps peanut butter
    6 saltine crackers

    12:30pm
    2 cpus Brown Rice
    1 Cirtrius Green Tea
    1/2 cup sweat Peas

    4:00pm
    2 cans tuna

    6:30pm
    2 cups whole wheat pasta w/meat sauce
    3 cups whole milk


    Total Calories: 3,007
    Total Protein: 154 g
    Total Carbs: 422.5 g

    You should, for starters, change the bit that says 'unknown' and find out your bf%.

    3000 cals is rarely a cutting amount!

    You don't know the macros of fats??

    Anyways, 3,000 might not be TOO bad if you post you knew your bodyfat %....

    And dude, your macros need to be COMPLETE opposite, ESPECIALLY if you want to cut. You need to up the protein HARDCORE and cut the CARBS...I'm to lazy to figure out your fats but you need to calculate those......

    Measure your waist around with a tape over your navel. Dont hold your stomach in and try not to flex your neck. Be honest with your measurements. If you want to cut your protein intake needs to be higher than your carbs, not the other way round as is.
