Not enough time in the day

Hey guys , fall semester has begun again and I'm finding it impossible to workout. My class schedule is basically Monday-Friday 8am-12pm and also I work 40 hrs a week from 3pm-11pm.. That gives me a small window from 12pm-3pm minus drive time to workout, but that time is being spent more and more on class work as I progress into the semester.. So iv decided the best thing for me to do is just really crack down on my diet , because during the summer I had a horrible diet but jus worked out 5-6 times a week.. Before this post gets any longer let me just ask the questions I have

I recently went vegetarian(3 weeks so far) to make sure I don't gain any unnecessary weight .. Is this a good idea or should I keep chicken&tuna in my diet ? (I'm not a big fan of red meats)

Should I still be taking protein shakes? I had a friend who drank them all the time back in highschool and never worked out and he exploded like a balloon. But looking back on it he may have been drinking weight gaining and just never worked out.

Any other suggestions or advice u guys can lend to me?

Thanks in advance for the help

Should I still be taking protein shakes? To supplement a good quality diet consisting of lean cuts of protein, quality carbs and fat sources... YESI had a friend who drank them all the time back in highschool and never worked out and he exploded like a balloon. But looking back on it he may have been drinking weight gaining and just never worked out.

Any other suggestions or advice u guys can lend to me? If u don't have time to train, don't train..... Focus on school

Thanks in advance for the help

Thanks I appreciate the help .. But I can't just give up training .. I feel horrible each day I don't work out.. Do you u think it would be beneficial to try to hit all the major muscles in 2 days(that's how many days off I get a week) or will I just be overworking them and having to much resting time before the next time I'm able to workout ?

Just train 2 times a week then.....

    Push... Pull...

Get to the gym 2 days a week at 5am. Once you get used to early morning workouts, it becomes the only time of day that you can go.
