Just started back at the gym again , im 23 5'10 and weigh 11,4 stone , want to try n get to around 12-5 stone in 3 months to ready my self for a cycle...... Any hekp on what to eat, how many times a day to eat n the times to eat,, plus how many shakes and tge best products to buy, any info will be a massive help thanks guys n gals
