Every morning I have (mixed):
1/2 cup dry whole grain oats
Big tsp of peanut butter
1 pck splenda
(plus eggs and other things)
Is this good? I figured the PB would give a little protien & fat and the splenda just makes it not so plain/nasty lol

10 egg whites
2 c. oats
2 cup greek yogurt w/fruit
2x a day
How many eggs? What are "other things"? Not telling us a whole lot here!
I'm guessing not too many eggs, making this a protein-light meal. Personally, I just use splenda, cinnamon, and a splash of fat free half and half in my oats, and top with blueberries. I have my eggs, Canadian bacon, etc. on the side.
Sorry I just ment is that good for the oats. Usually I have 5-6 eggs (sometimes I'll make a chix omelette), oatmeal & an apple. If I cant get any/enough protien from natural I'll chug down a shake. Not going for big bulk, I would like to stay lean/athletic.
