    calories in, calories out

    I want to put my nutrition in simplest terms. If I am getting Stronger, added 12 lbs of IBM in six weeks (on cycle, I'm guessing some water too) and bf has drop slightly then my nutrition is spot on. Right? I know I should be eating more as I gain but, im kind of waiting for my body to tell me. Does this make sense, or is it just that simple. Before you ask, I count everything. 216 lbs 13% bf. 3107 cals 45/40/15

    hey greenwell.

    if ur cycling and adding 2lbs LBM per week and dropping body fat % id say keep doing what ur doing. ur diet seems to be working for u but i wouldnt say its spot on because i havent seen it.

    IMO ur doing the rite thing by monitoring ur LBM and bf%. as long as its going at the rate u mentioned and in the direction its going i would keep on keeping on..
