I want to put my nutrition in simplest terms. If I am getting Stronger, added 12 lbs of IBM in six weeks (on cycle, I'm guessing some water too) and bf has drop slightly then my nutrition is spot on. Right? I know I should be eating more as I gain but, im kind of waiting for my body to tell me. Does this make sense, or is it just that simple. Before you ask, I count everything. 216 lbs 13% bf. 3107 cals 45/40/15
