Will I be ok if I binge eat sometimes?

Im very lean as it is, but sometimes I cant eat anything for 3 hour intervals at a time. But at the end of the day I can eat whatever. If I still get my requirements for the day, can I just eat heavy one sitting and lighter the other ones?

My schedule doesnt always allow me a meal every 3 hours. But if I eat heavy (clean heavy), I do before 2 pm.

What kind of binging? If it's clean food and you are hitting your macros for the day then no worries.

Binge eating is just a generally unhealthy habit. If you can't control yourself with food, there are underlying issues that should be addressed. Personally, i'm not going to tell you it's OK. Will it hurt your goals? Maybe, maybe not, depending on how consistent you are when you're not binge eating.

Personally, my schedule doesn't always allow a meal every 3 hours and sometimes I need larger meals or shorter intervals. I try to focus more on the macros at the end of the day as opposed to each meal. Binge eating though, is not a healthy way and I doubt the cals are as clean as you think. It's hard hitting calls when they are clean, but less healthy options can usually throw you at or over your cals very easily, it its usually more fat than you realize.
