    need a plan asap

    Any could write me a quik diet up just a daily shedule from mornin to nite I need 5-6 meals im 152lbs 5'10 and 23 yrs old

    Thats what the diet section is for. Nobody is going to write ur plan out for you. Read and learn how to do it. You will find once you start its really interesting.

    If only the rest of your life will be this easy. At least at the very least tell us what you eat in a day. Then go from there.

    meal2: pancakes
    meal3: french fries and ketchup

    Sorry guys should of explained the details lol, I have. 2 eggs scrambked with 2 whole meal toast at 9am, 11.30am chicken pasta. 1pm train . 2 pm tuna mayo with jacket potato and sakad plus PW protein shake, 4.30pm chicken breast with garlic potatoes sallad , 7pm protein shake plus jacket potato with pepperd stake 9.30pm small bowl of pasta banana milkshake before bed.......thats what im eating at the moment

    that's why youre only a buck fifty.

    find out your tdee as was already suggested and increase your caloric intake 3-500 over maintained. then post it up for some of the gurus to critique.

    then train hard and get some rest.
