Thats what the diet section is for. Nobody is going to write ur plan out for you. Read and learn how to do it. You will find once you start its really interesting.

Sorry guys should of explained the details lol, I have. 2 eggs scrambked with 2 whole meal toast at 9am, 11.30am chicken pasta. 1pm train . 2 pm tuna mayo with jacket potato and sakad plus PW protein shake, 4.30pm chicken breast with garlic potatoes sallad , 7pm protein shake plus jacket potato with pepperd stake 9.30pm small bowl of pasta banana milkshake before bed.......thats what im eating at the moment

11 stone = 154lbs.
Add .4 of a stone or 4 lbs?
