    losing unwanted weight at high speed :/ --- need new diet advice

    ok, well i just recently lost at least 8 kg, went from 70ish to 60-62kg (from ok to shit size).
    basically, im losing weight so much unexpectedly
    my main goal was to be at least 80kg, seems unreachable :S
    I still have hiatal hernia.

    Anyways...
    My current schedule is.. every morning i have 4 hours of university, and in the evening i have 6 hours of work.
    But i lost that weight before this intense schedule.

    Basically my question is:
    How can i make a new diet that will help me bulk up?
    I only have 10 mins break in between each hour (school/work). Which isnt enough for a solid meal.
    What kind of solid meal can i eat in about 5-8mins?

    8kg may not seem a lot... but for an average size its a lot of hard work. I lost that weight in a few weeks, and currently im still on a negative side. I cant seem to bounce back.
    Thanks

    How are your energy levels? Mood? You should not be losing a lot of weight from week to week consistently, with the exception of the first week or two when implementing a new hypocaloric diet (due to water loss). You simply need to add calories until you are losing a consistent 1-2lbs per week. Anything more than that, I'd personally be concerned.

    So you need something fast? There are plenty of options. You can make your own clean protein bars (oats, splenda, protein powder, peanut butter, etc. - see recipe section). Beef Jerky is always a winner. Greek Yogurt (if you can have a cooler on hand). Just to name a few.

    If i buy these protein bars: http://www.dymatize.com/products/pro...t-butter-3-oz/
    is it acceptable to considered that as a small solid meal?

    My current diet:
    8:00am
    * 5 eggs (2whole, 3 white)
    * 1 bowl of oats + banana
    * 2 cups of spring water

    **** 4 hours of university ****

    1:00pm
    * 185g can of tuna + some lettuce
    * 1 bowl of oats + banana
    * 2 cups of spring water

    **** 6 hours of work ****
    (i usually buy some healthy sandwiches)

    9:00pm
    * 220-250g of chicken breast + some lettuce
    * 1 bowl of oats + banana
    * 2 cups of spring water

    Dont forget i need to sleep around 3hrs after my last meal.
    gbrice75 what do you recommend me eating at school and work?

    You could take a protein shake with a 100g of oat added to it, then fill your shaker up with water whenever your ready to drink it. Take enough so you can have a shake every break,The oats will add an extra 380 calories 10 pro 68 carb,8 fat ( quick and easy) you could also add other stuff to your shake if you use your imagination.also couldn't you have a sandwich filled with chicken or whatever else, get some nice oat bread. Quick meal ;-)

    what im saying is that... are those protein bars sufficient to be considered a meal?
    for example, if i eat 4 of those bars a day + those 3 meals from above, can i bulk up what a protein bar diet?

    No that does'nt sound very healthy to me, plus there are only 100-200 cals in a protein bar, so four bars per day is not enough calories to sustain your body weight nevermind bulking. You could make your own calorie packed bars, or as I suggested you could take protein shake with oats added to it to drink. Protein bars in my opinion are not very nutritious and are also very expensive. A sandwich packed with meat would be much more nutritious or a shake with oats.

    I don't think "High acidity" is an issue. You are still pretty young and you are an ectomorph. Hard for you skinny guys to put on the weight.

    You gotta eat. There are also protein shakes designated as "weight gainers" Try to put one of those down before bed time.

    10-13% bf

    at 60kg (132lbs) 13%bf u have 114.84lbs LBM

    rough maintenance = 114 x 15 = 1722cals

    the fact that u have a high metabolism makes it a bit more difficult to predict which is why i asked of the total cals and macros of ur current diet? still waiting on that..

    based on typical starting maintenance for a guy with ur stats u should bulk with 2222cals. taking into consideration u have a high metabolism 2500cals may be a better place to start.

    it all depends on what uve been eating and the results u have had on that diet..

    13% is only the stomach area cause i dont workout my stomach... havent been working out my stomach for over 2 years
    the rest of the body is around 9-10% nice and toned

    johnnylucifer doctor recommended me to sleep after 3hrs of my last meal cause of the hernia :/ which is too much... my stomach is always burning food. i usually sleep after 1hr.
