    Eggs

I've been googling a lot on eggs.

    Everything is different.

I eat 4-6 whole eggs a day everyday. Anybody with knowledge or experience had any issue with their health due to the cholesterol?

    Thank you

Usually not a problem. The whole egg cholesterol scare is media overblown hype IMHO. It's not like you're eating 2 dozen a day.

Haha yeah exactly. Thanks Gbrice. Also from research I noticed a lot of the time the studies are based on people with bad health problem to start with.. not by eating eggs but by having sausages and bacon with their eggs, but the researcher wont put that info in his study.

I can tell you for over the last 15 years or so, i would say i average 5 eggs a day. No cholesterol issues whatsoever. and there's a lot of times i will make eggs salad and have for my lunch on top of the 5-6 eggs i had for breakfast. Sometimes, if i'm in a hurry, or just lazy, i'll have breakfast for dinner. Another 5-6 eggs. And yeah, i've been to the doc's in the last 6 months. haha..
    I buy 36 at a time.

I eat a boatload, my cholesterol l hovers around 140. Eat a bucket of salt and my bp last checked was 115/69. I don't buy into a lot of the hype from the medical community. Bad today is good tomorrow and vice versa.

I think that genetics plays the biggest role in this. High cholesterol runs in both sides of my family but with diet and exercise, mine seems to be fine for now. I love eggs, I try to eat them everyday, they are the most 'complete' protein. When I did breast cancer research a few years ago, the nurse would test my blood for me and she would always tell me that I must eat well because there is not a lot of fat floating around in my blood. Made me feel relieved. I am like you though, no problems with BP or anything, just love dem eggs! Fresher the better!
