Im recovering from a shoulder reco and have put on a little bit of weight, say 3 - 4kgs and i wanna strip that and rip up. Im starting running this week to get me back into the groove and would like some in put on what i should start eating and what not.. Ill eventually start bulking but i wanna get lean first..
