Ha ha, I love a challenge, but I'm suspecting this is a bulk not a cut and AAS at over 300lb???? Maybe he's 7 foot tall?!

    Bodyfat?

    Are you intent on bulking?

I wouldn't be touching AAS above 15% and at 4500cals your 20% is probably gonna be 25% when you finish.

I'd have to agree with SteM on the BF increase with a bulk. Would you consider a natty cut first?

In your other threads you said you were 16%...your bound to get conflicting advise when you give conflicting stats.

Well there is unfortunatly a big diff. between 16 and 20% but I think there is middle ground. Some would disagree with this and I would normally as weel if you were not half way through. If you keep a good eye on BP and get after this diet and crank up the cardio and lifting like a man possesses then I think you could salvage this!

4500 cals was always too much for you, clean food or not.

Your 20% will go higher if you continue your diet as it is. Then, during PCT, you need to up your cals to try and keep the size you gain. Then, about 2 months after PCT you can cut with minimal risk of losing LBM. Of course, you'll be 25% by then at least.

Alternatively, you can adjust your diet and bring your cals down to approx 3300 at a 40/40/20 split and go with that for the remainder of your cycle. Post a diet based on these figures ans, as LUNK says, we'll get your cycle salvaged for you!
