fyi my waist is 36inch and my hip is 35inch -.- looking to cut and define, get a six pack as well.
my future diet is.
morning
*herbalife 1 shake 16g protein
*1 pb sandwich weat bread
*1 banana
lunch
* grilled chkn breat sandwich
*2 apples
dinner
*usually chicken and rice with veggi
*stir fried noodles.
guys i know your suppose to eat 5 small meals a day 2 to 3 hrs.
what can i add and what should i move around for the best protein and carb intake and if theres any other food i should throw in.
sorry guys I am trying to start somewhere at least with my diet.
