My diet plan.. I'm getting closer to my desired pre cycle numbers, I will be doing a 12 week test e cycle, might incorporate d-bol weeks 1-4 as a kicker. I am 5'9"-5'10"165lbs, I've lost around 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks just from working so hard and leaned out a little. Sitting around 12-13% BF. my end goal by January is to hit 185 within 13-14%. Here's my meal plan:
5:30 am
Big shake 1 cup of 'beef cake'protein factory.com
10oz whole milk
7:00 am
3hb eggs, banan
10 am
Big bowl of chili , or 8oz steak skewers with 1 cup brown rice
12 pm
Big bowl of chili, or 10oz steak skewers and 1 cup been rice
3 pm
Shake same as meal #1
Apple
6-8 pm pre w.o
8oz chicken or steak
2 russet potatoes with sour cream
Cup of veggie
1 cup of cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
Supplements
Milk thistle
Orange triad
Fish oil
Creatine 10g a day
Animal rage if I'm feeling lazy ( I don't like stims before workouts usually)
Protein: 285
Carbs: 375
Fat: 175
Calories:500
The carbs are pretty high with the chili so I'm going to try to keep the chili on workout days, when I'm not working the breakfast will be eggs and oats. Not sure if I should add carbs with my cottage cheese as its a post workout. Going to see what happens in the mirror, I'm sure I will not go over 13% w I work as a derrickhand and work my ass off 280 days a year. Let me know how this looks thanks guys
