Female weight loss diet
Hey all,
I'm struggling to find a diet for female weight loss the internet is full of different information.
Can anyone give me a good macro grams per lb guide line to folllow, or even a macro split to suit a female with all focus on fat loss?

Should work the same as what's written here in the nutrition section. Shoot for about 500 cals below the calculated tdee at a split of 50/30/20, 45/35/20, or 40/40/20 protiens/carbs/fats. Some get by better on low carb others not so much. You can also look into intermittent fasting and carb cycling both of which there are members o. The board that have had great results with. Sexy4mysweetheart and girlygymrat both have logs of their diets and progress that would be worth reading to help get a better idea.
