Need diet advice (pic)

I am 5 10, 175 lbs. age 22.

I cut out processed food completely.

I recently went to costco and bought all this (i was planning to do keto)

I am asking, do you think I should bulk or cut? Is Keto a great body fat cutter for cutting?

My bmr is 2100. How many calories should I get everyday? I walk nonstop for 10 hours straight at my job, so that has to be factored in.

I wouldn't recommend Keto with your body weight.

do yourself a favor and pic a goal. either bulk or cut. you should read some of the stickies at the top of this section, it will help you tremendously. i am against the whole keto thing as well. we also need some more info on you, in which the stickies address.
