I like berries alot .
Imo would i eat fruit if i was prepping for competition - no way.
Do I eat fruit - yes. I dont compete. I try to stick to anti oxidant, nutrient rich fruits. The good far outweighs the bad IMO.
Thanks for the reply . I have been eating apples , and oranges . Trying to take up some calories and something that burns easy and fast .Quote:

I only do bananas and berries.
Me too bananas blueberries and raspberries
Me three,
Berries blue and rasp, also cantaloupe and bananas too, although its been a while on those since they are always picked fvn green they only last a couple of days and really suck even then.
Makes about 4 of us now. I buy bananas, blue berry's, and a mixed berry pack consistently. Fruit is really good for you OP. Lots of vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidents. It is fructose so what I do is eat fruit early in the day or right after a workout. Like Jimmy said, only time you really want to eliminate fruit is if you are going to compete or want to get to an insanely low BF% for some reason.
Bananas(1) daily, oranges, strawberries and love pineapple chunks w/cottage cheese.
i love bananas and blueberries and really all fruit but i dont eat it while im cutting..
I love all fruit but sadly haven't had any for a while due to cutting but I have already warned the wife I'll b back on it shortly lol
I limit fruit while cutting and eat tons of it while bulking
Sweet guys . Thanks for the in put .
Fruits are a good source that provide sufficient amount of fibre, vitamin and protein in a body.apple, orange etc have full of fibre that improve body energy.
Good catch!Quote:
