    Please help/critique my upcoming diet..

    Alright, I'm looking for some help/input/opinions! Here is the breakdown of my upcoming diet. I am currently 6ft, 223-230lbs(depending on time of day), probably 15ish% BF give or take. I have been planning my first cycle and want to get my diet rolling for a while before I start.

    Meal 1
    2 cups multigrain oats

    58.8g carbs
    2.1g fat
    9g protein
    266 calories

    Meal 2
    2 chicken breast
    2 cups brown rice
    1 sweet potato

    126.8g carbs
    16g fat
    120g protein
    1162.5 calories

    Meal 3
    6oz greek yogurt(plain)
    1oz walnuts

    9g carbs
    34g fat
    21g protein
    415 calories

    Meal 4
    2 chicken breast
    2 cups brown rice
    1 tablespoon olive oil

    90g carbs
    29g fat
    117g protein
    1120 calories

    Meal 5

    1 chicken breast
    1 sweet potato
    2 cups brown rice

    127g carbs
    10g fat
    67g protein
    879 calories

    Meal 6
    1 apple
    1 sweet potato
    handfull of almonds

    88g carbs
    46g fat
    23.7g protein
    112 calories

    Also I'll occasionally add in various green veggies(broccoli, asparagus, cucumber)

    Total Macros
    521g carbs
    138g fat
    364.6g protein
    4761 calories

    I dont think you'll be able to eat all that. Seems like you're overdoing it.

    First meal, i would add some protein... maybe 2 scoop of protein powder for a nice morning shake.
    Third meal, is very fattening :/
    Last meal, get some slow digestive protein... maybe a cassein shake?

    Go look at his pics. I think this guy can eat.

    You don't have to have extra protein in meal one if he is hitting his macros.

    getting as much protein as you can without using shakes is best. Shakes don't compare to real food.

    I think one of the pro's will chime in, I think they might move your meals around and maybe discuss carb sources. I'll wait till they chime in.

    I definitely do not have problems putting food away. Im not that big on protein shakes either. If its my only option then ill do it, but I do prefer whole foods for my protein source. I may switch the greek yogurt to nonfat. Maybe throw in some cottage cheese for my last mill and cut the sweet potato out..Im thankful I have this community to chime in so I don't have to do it all on my own lol!!

    I want to chime in and say honestly I liked your look during bulking over your comp pics.

    Oh and ccottage chees with last meal is a MUST in my book.

    Thanks man, I felt way to small at that comp...I like being bigger and less shredded but hoping to be even bigger and more shredded

    Im hoping with this diet plan and my first cycle starting around mid to end october, I can climb up to around 250 while on!!
