    Current Diet Critique (pre-cycle)

    Below is my current diet (has been this way for over 7 years, adjusting macros here and there but basically the same).

    I'm curious to know if this diet is good for going on a novice 12wk cycle or if I should up the calorie count. The goal of the cycle is to get more shredded rather than bulked up.

    Stats: Male - 34yo - 195lbs - 6"

    730
    160g liquid Egg Whites
    2 whole eggs
    1/4 cup dry grits

    1030
    60g Whey (or 6oz turkey breast)
    30g raw almonds
    1 banana

    130
    6oz Lean Meat
    30g raw almonds

    430
    60g Whey
    30g natty PB
    1 banana

    WORKOUT

    800
    6-8 oz Lean Meat
    4oz Brown rice or Sweet Pot
    1cup green veggies

    60g Casien (or 10oz Greek Yogurt)

    what r total cals and macros of this diet above?

    ur running a cutting cycle then? what gear?

    Thanks 405 but I've been here for a while, I'm just now starting to consider cycling though.

    bf about 10%

    P/F/C 307/75/142

    I'd like to run a cutting cycle but all recommendations point to doing a simple test E cycle for the first few times. Makes sense to me, I'll just have to keep the diet super clean to keep fat gains to a minimum.
