Ok I've put my cycle of 600mg/week test cyp (12 weeks), 400mg/week deca (10 weeks), 50mg dbol (6 weeks), and .5mg/eod arimidex (12 weeks) on hold for a bit longer as I'm waiting for my liver enzymes to drop back to normal (nothing serious as I know why they are elevated). I will also include PCT consisting of hcg and nolvadex for 5 weeks (exactly how it is laid out on this website) before starting a cutting cycle.
I am 35 yrs, 170lbs, 14%BF and have cycled in the past. My goal for this 12 weeks are to obviously put on some good size, but I do not have a number in mind. I don't want to put on too much fat so I am including cardio 45 mins, 3/week.
Here is my diet which I have been on for close to a month and I do not waiver from it at all...I am incredibly strict when it comes to diet.
Knowing my stats and goals, if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

Meal#1 - 6-7AM

6oz atlantic salmon - 309 cal
