    Stuck at weight need help

Thanx in advance for anyone reading this
    Stats 29 190lb bf 12-15%
4 weeks into test and deca cycle both at 500 mg week

My problem is I gained 7 pound in the first two weeks but I can't seem to get past this now not sure if it is my diet or training so any advice would be greatly appreciated

Diet; Breakfast - protein shake with milk and oats. P(60g) C(60g) f(16g)
Shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk p(10g) c(37) f(3)
    Bacon sandwich p(18) c(22) f(11)
    Calories - 840

Lunch - egg mayo on whole grain p(30g) c(60) f(34)
    Mixed fruit p(6) c(60) f(3)
    Banana p(2) c(28) f(0)
    Calories 910

Snack pre workout- carb shake p(10) c(66) f(5)
    Energy drink p(0) c(50) f(0)
    Calories 420

Dinner post workout- protein shake p(45) c(22) f(8)
    8oz fillet steak potatoes and veg p(25) c(33) f(16)
    Calories 435

Snacks - shredded wheat with skim milk p(10) c(37) f(3)
    Hard boiled eggs p(18) c(0) f(15)
Porridge oats with skim milk p(14) c(37) f(8)
    Calories 720

    Total protein( 248) carb (512) fats(92) macro split 30/60/10

This diet is an average of the types of food I eat for example where there is fillet steak today this might be swapped with chicken breast etc

The vets here might take one look and say its a crap diet but that's why I'm here thanx again for reading. Peace

Im no steroid expert, so tell me if im wrong, does'nt the esters in test and deca take 6 weeks or so to kick in? So maybe the weight you gained is water?

Your eating at around a 800 calorie surplus, so I don't see why you wouldn't put on weight.

When I first came to the nutrition section I got butchered for eating bread, and your cereal isnt good thing to be eat they both convert to glucose very quickly. Could you swap the cereal for muesli or oats? Milk also is pretty high in sugar.

Sugar is a no no if you want to keep your blood sugars level, which is what most gun for.

Hey im no expert, but these are the things I noticed. Hope it helps.

Read some of the stickies there very informative

    Peace

Yeah it's not the esters of the AAS I was worried about I hear you on the cereals I don't think I'm at a 800 surplus because of my job (construction) so I think I may be burning more than I think I might need to bump up my calories?

I look like I'm getting a little bigger that's why I'm wondering why the scales aren't going up has me baffled lol but I still think I could be getting a lot bigger I don't want to waste my time being 'on' want to make the most of it that's why I'm hoping some one can tweak if not rip my diet apart?

you didn't put total cals, but a real quick eyeball looks like 3k/cals/day?

if so, you need to bump your food intake to between 500 and 1000 cals a day more if you want to gain. clean up the diet if you want to minimize fat gain. but don't freak when you do gain fat. we all do when we bulk.

post your TDEE and your total cals. then go 1000 cals over tdee to really gain.

    good luck

I rarely go over a 100g for fat in my macros but I am gaining a little bit of fat around the abdominal area
I should have mentioned I primed my body for about 6-8 weeks before my cycle that's why I think I jumped 7 pounds up straight away I just seem to be stuck at this weight it's doing my head in lol
