Pre workout
I was wondering what a good pre workout meal or shake would consist of cause usually ill just drink my protein shake before?

Depends on your current diet and also if you're bulking or cutting. I'm cutting and I normally have about 60g complex carbs 25g protein. Roughly the same as my post workout meals but I have about 50g protein from meat and 45g of protein from a whey shake.
