without listing macros etc if you could just take a glimce at my diet and let me know what you think, this is just giving you a rough idea of the foods i eat, im on cycle at the moment of propionate & anadrol and am trying to keep gains lean so heres my diet
meal 1: 2 cups raw oats (roughly 80g) , 6 egg whites, 25g whey protein all blended with water
WORKOUT
meal 2: 40g whey protein, banana get some oats in here too
meal 3: chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice (roughly 60g)
meal 4: 4 egg whites, 25g whey protein, banana all blended with water
meal 5: 100g tuna fish, 4-5 heads brocoli
meal 6: 200g cottage cheese, red apple drop the apple and have 3 tbsp of natural, no added sugar peanut butter
when i say cup im comparing to a typical sized cup most use for a cup of tea.
good diet for lean solid gains & keeping the fat off ?
