Hi i am 26 200lbs 6"1 and need to cut from about 18%bf.

I have calculated my tdee and it comes out at 2500 cals and with cutting 500 off leaves me 2000 cals to work with??

Is that correct as it seems quite low and i dont wanna lose muscle and strength.

If it is i plan on only eating carbs for breakfast which is my pre-workout meal and post-workout and then meat/fish green veggies/salad for the rest of the day 3 hours apart and one day a week eat a lot of carbs?

I wanna run this diet for 12 weeks and hopefully lose over 15lbs.

Any advice ??
