would you consider lowering your protein intake? 300+ sounds like a lot.
i was thinking just cut some out. and have a slightly lower total cal. fats and carbs remain the same. a lower total cal will definitely help with your cut, and not everyone needs 300+ protein a day. just a suggestion..

Keep at it kronik! Progress can't be a bitch at times then for no reason you'll begin to drop again!
You still sticking to the same diet?
So are you still eating on average about 2500 cals?
And your TDEE (using LBM x 15) is around 2600 cals?
And seen as your cycling carbs it's not affecting your blood sugar too much on low and high carb days?
