    Protien bars

What is the best protein/ meal replacement bar on the market in y'all's opinion. They all seem to have a **** ton of sodium and crap. I want to make my own but not sure how much work that is..

I know a lot of people including myself that like a bar by organic food bar "protein ". They make a few bars. Look for the one labeled protein.

the ones you make yourself. seriously it's not that difficult. all you need is an oven and youre on your way. check out youtube for 100's of recipes and howto's. once you make one batch, you'll never buy another protein bar again.

Home made or nothing. . . Well not nothing, just throw some oats and shit into a blender.

But, I am considering starting to make quality home made protein bars.
