    Bulking Diet Reccomendations

Background: I want to try a stricter more educated diet . I know there are a ton of example diets and information on calculating the necessary numbers but I can not manage to get a number that seems reasonable. Anyways I am looking for the amounts (g) of protein/carbs/fat daily I should be taking in. Any other recommendations would be appreciated as well.

    Stats:
    23 years old
    6'2"
    172lb
BF: <12% (haven't gotten a legit test but the quick "electric pulse" tests say I'm 6% which seems way too low)
Very high metabolism as I am constantly eating and still hungry all day long

I pretty much limit my meals to combinations of the following:
    oatmeal
    cereal
    bagel
    egg whites and turkey bacon
    deli meat sandwiches
    skinless boneless chicken breast
    brown rice, potatoes, broccoli
    80% lean ground beef
    whole wheat pasta

    snacks:
    yogurt
    peanut butter sandwiches
popcorn (not the best I know)
    nutri-grain bars

I also currently take 2 whey protein shakes a day 50g/each, PW one with ~7g creatine added

    welcome Garcia,

first, try to determine your TDEE. then you can begin to create a surplus diet that includes 3-500 cals over maintenance. head over to fitday.com to help your figure out your macros.

when your diet is complete with macros, post it up here with your goals and the pros will have a go at it and help you tweak it.
