Advice on a Bulking Diet
Hey guys, I'm lookin to put on around 10-12 lbs of lean muscle mass. I'm 5'10 155-160 right now and have been lifting since 15-16 years old (20 now). The other day I posted a thread on advice as to whether or not I should go on my first cycle, I was considering Var and Kre-Alkalyn. However, the vets here quickly gave me some great insight and I decided to hold out on a cycle until I'm 23 or 24. With that said I KNOW I need to fix my diet. I do my best trying to eat every 2 hours or so, but I feel like its nowhere near enough calories. Plus, it's hard at school as I'm living in the frat house, pressed for cash, don't have as many options, and healthy options nonetheless. Like I said I'm 5'10 155-160 6% body fat I'm lean as could be can anyone give me some advice or pointers? I'd appreciate it
